                               RESOLUTION NO. 19208
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OFFICE OF THE 
                   CITY ATTORNEY TO INSTITUTE PROCEEDINGS 
                   AGAINST CERTAIN DEBTORS AND/OR GUARANTORS TO 
                   COLLECT ON GAP FINANCING LOANS MADE BY THE 
                   CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Office of the City Attorney be 
       and the same is hereby authorized to institute all necessary 
       proceedings to collect Gap Financing Loans against the following 
       debtors and any guarantors thereof:
       
       	    	      Cherokee Valley Containers, Inc.
       	    	      Action Material Handling
       	    	      American Petroleum Marketing
       	    	      La Mirage Fashion Boutique
       	    	      Maxwell Beverly, Inc.
       	    	      Midsouth Double Cola Bottlers, Inc.
